• Do not put it in places that are most likely to get wet like bathrooms, kitchens, and doorways. You can place them in your bedroom or any upstairs room.
• If you are going to store it, never fold it because this can put stress on the burlap which is the foundation or base of the entire rug that holds everything together. Just roll it up and keep it in a safe place.
• Like the popular bamboo rug, hand hooked rugs are also great hanging pieces that can replace wall paintings or other wall arts. Also, be sure to tumble them correctly. Glues, tapes and other adhesives can cuase damage if you use them. It would also be better to frame it. But you have to do it properly or you will be doing more harm than good.
